The work bears traces of time and human presence – scribbles and stains create a raw contrast, like fragments of something temporary on a surface that otherwise signals permanence. It feels like a place that has been used, marked and changed.
There is a distance, a feeling that something has been lost or displaced. At the same time, a balance is created between the spontaneous and the static, where action and decay become part of the same silent story.
